Weighing sensor for silo weighing, hopper, tank
A complete plug-and-play solution, with one or more weighing sensors INOX (load cell), WATERPROOF, HOMOLOGUED, ANALOG or NUMERIC, combined with digital electronics. Our weighing chains have self-diagnosis and automatic calibration. Each sensor set, junction box, weight indicator is preset to simplify the commissioning of silos, tanks, hoppers, bushels …
Each weighing chain is calibrated, tested with its own technic file personalized including wiring diagrams, mechanical calculation notes for the compliance of standards NF 1090 et ATEX, which makes the commissionig on the site simple without any specific qualification requierements. Our calculators have automatic calibration for setting zero and scale. The sensors come with assembly kits to securised the silo during assembly and maintenance operations.
We have many installations all over the world ranging from a few kg to a thousand tons!

Weighing platforme
Fixed or mobile weighing platforms simplify weighing operations; just determine a platform dimension and weighing performance to have an economical set ready to use.
Weighing platforms consist of 1 to 4 sensors depending on the size of the ground. They are designed to resist a high fixed or rolling loads while respecting accuracy at all times. The platform can also receive a tank or hopper attached to the deck. The installation is directly on the ground thanks to the adjustable feet or embedded in a pit. Final execution of INOX 304 or 316 meets HACCP hygiene standards

Weigh-in conveyor and weight sorter
Isolated load weighing, parcels, big-bag, crate, box, we design and costumize a conveyor with a static or dynamic weighing area included. Once weighed, our DWT sorter sets are capable of ejecting, printing, performing statistics in stand-alone mode or connected to a host system.
